Lluvia is born and raised in Los Angeles. Spoiled by the weather, forever fearful of the big one, and doing everything possible to avoid traffic.

When she's not doing that - she's planning her next photo venture or teaching photo or art at a local museum or school.

She received her BFA in Photography at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California.
